Internet and Service Oriented Computing are considered as the higher expression of the software community revolution and Web Services are seen as one of their concrete realization. Web becomes a system in which different services (not only information) are offered to users. We describe a web service application for supporting in real time doctors and diabetic patients, combining some Optimization algorithms and techniques with software technologies.
