The race to the Future Internet entails challenging objectives and requires novel approaches to well knows issues. Dissimilar approaches have been investigated such as network-, user- and content centric networks. All of them try to improve the end user Quality of Experience, while guaranteeing Quality of Service. The present work introduces a novel QoS-QoE dynamic correlation called AQS hypothesis and defines a model to calculate active and passive QoE and to determine the end user fairness and sensibility. A prototypal implementation on an Android OS shows how an ICT actor (network, service and content providers) can control the end user QoE providing the best matching QoS, for each class of service and for each class of users, thus saving precious resources.
