The present work aims at studying the V-bending (V-punch and U-die) at elevated temperature on AZ31 Mg alloy sheets using a numerical/experimental approach. Both bending tests and bending simulations were carried out using different temperatures, punch radii and punch speeds. The springback was measured on tested specimens at the test temperature and at the end of the cooling phase. Through the numerical/experimental analysis the effect of temperature, punch radius and punch speed were investigated and quantified.
