Feedback is one of the most important factors in supporting study and promoting academic achievement. Engagement and motivation are considered important dimensions of feedback recipience. In a Laboratory of Educational Technology of a blended master's degree, the teacher released digital written feedback in progress on the assigned e-tivities. The purpose of the study is to understand how much this working method helped students feel motivated and involved in their participation at the lab. An exploratory survey was conducted at the end of the course by administering an anonymous semi-structured questionnaire using CAWI methodology. Data highlight both satisfaction with the working method and increased students' involvement and motivation. Finally, the release of feedback in progress was found to be useful in enhancing design skills, a specific objective of the activity.
Il feedback è uno dei fattori più importanti per sostenere lo studio e promuovere il successo formativo. Il coinvolgimento e la motivazione sono considerate dimensioni importanti della ricezione del feedback. In un Laboratorio di Tecnologie per la didattica, previsto in un corso laurea magistrale blended, il docente ha fornito in itinere feedback digitali scritti sulle e-tivity proposte. L'obiettivo dell’indagine è capire quanto questo metodo di lavoro abbia aiutato gli studenti a sentirsi motivati e coinvolti nella loro partecipazione al laboratorio. Alla fine del corso è stata condotta un'indagine esplorativa attraverso la somministrazione di un questionario semistrutturato anonimo con metodologia CAWI. I dati evidenziano sia la soddisfazione per la modalità di lavoro, che l’aumento del coinvolgimento e della motivazione degli studenti. Infine, il rilascio di feedback in itinere si è rivelato utile ad accrescere le competenze progettuali, obiettivo specifico dell’attività.
