This article analyses the judgements (from the judg. 242/2019) by the Italian Constitutional Court about assistedsuicide, examining the ethical and legal issues related to the end-of-life, the important debate that has arisen at the biolegal and political level and among ordinary people, and also the implications for the italian legal system and in practice. Will it be possible to have a humanizing legal grammar and to implement a biolaw with a ‘human face’ in front of the end-of-life?
