This study aims to explain and date the three coblas (BdT 95,2, BdT 119,9, BdT 311,1), which imitate the metric structure of Elias de Barjols’ song Bon’aventura don Dieus (BdT 132,6): preliminarily the dating and the identification of the historical figures mentioned in the song, as they were set by Stanislas Stroński in his edition of Elias, are re-examined with revisions and new proposals. Regarding the poetic exchange between the bishop of Clermont and Dalfi d’Alvernhe (BdT 95,2 – BdT 119,9), a new examination of known documents and recent archive rediscoveries led to a revised chronology between 1220 and 1224 and a new interpretation of the content in a sexual perspective. On this basis, the study proposes hypothetically a coeval dating for the cobla written by Oliver de la Mar (BdT 311,1) and interprets the obscure verses of the text as a polemic targeting the aleramic House of Monferrato during this period.

Abstract
On this basis, the study proposes hypothetically a coeval dating for the cobla written by Oliver de la Mar (BdT 311,1) and interprets the obscure verses of the text as a polemic targeting the aleramic House of Monferrato during this period.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
