I beni pubblici tra dinamiche di mercato ed effetti sull’imprenditorialità

The paper focuses on aspects relating to the function of public goods, highlighting their importance for the proper functioning of society and the regulation of public supply in relation to market demand. After discussing the classification of goods and identifying the characteristics of public goods, with particular attention to the phenomenon of free riding and the effects of markets, the paper examines the contribution that public goods can make to business development, recognising the importance that arises from both their enhancement and their responsible, sustainable and efficient use. The work, including through a review of the literature, aims to contribute to studies on the topic discussed. --- Il paper si sofferma su aspetti relativi alla funzione dei beni pubblici, rilevandone l'importanza per la corretta funzionalità della società e la regolazione della fornitura pubblica in relazione alla domanda di mercato. Dopo aver trattato la classificazione dei beni e individuato le caratteristiche dei beni pubblici con particolare attenzione al fenomeno del free riding e agli effetti dei mercati, il paper esamina l'apporto che i beni pubblici possono fornire allo sviluppo delle imprese, riconoscendo l'importanza che scaturisce sia dalla valorizzazione che dal loro utilizzo responsabile, sostenibile ed efficiente. Il lavoro, anche attraverso una disamina della letteratura, mira a fornire un contributo agli studi sull'argomento trattato.
