the research, through the reconstruction of a legal framework, analyzes the right to education of migrants in Italy. The starting point is the recognition of the Personalism principle that represents the base of the Italian Constitution. The main purpose of education is the development of student's personality, that is the reason why education of migrants is a duty of States in order to realize both the inviolable rights of migrants and the protection of Italian society. In order to reach these conclusions, the paper analyses current problems and case law that invests in Italy in the field of immigration and education and reports best practices and policies adopted in Italy in order to protect migrants and integration.

Abstract
