In recent years, while the Covid-19 epidemic has highlighted the centrality of teachers’ skills for learning in non-standard conditions, ministerial actions related to the PNRR have led to the establishment of Teaching and Learning Centers. In 2022, a University Commission for Faculty Development was set up in eCampus, made up of professors belonging to the five CDS of the university, an expert training teacher, a member of the Permanent Teaching Commission, the coordinators of the tutors. The tasks of the commission are: prepare the university training plan; monitor training results also in relation to Quality Assurance; ensure coordination of all functions and areas involved in the training process. The contribution reflects on the initial results of the commission’s work.
Negli ultimi anni, mentre l’epidemia Covid-19 ha evidenziato la centralità delle competenze dei docenti per l’apprendimento in condizioni non standard, le azioni ministeriali legate al PNRR hanno portato alla costituzione dei Teaching and Learning Center. Nel 2022 è stata costituita in eCampus una Commissione di Ateneo per il Faculty Development, composta da professori strutturati appartenenti ai cinque CDS dell’Ateneo, un docente esperto di formazione, un membro della Commissione Didattica Permanente, i coordinatori dei tutor. I compiti della commissione sono: predisporre il piano della formazione di Ateneo; monitorare i risultati della formazione anche in relazione all’Assicurazione di qualità; assicurare il coordinamento di tutte le funzioni e le aree coinvolte nel processo di formazione. Il contributo riflette sui primi esiti del lavoro della commissione.
