Thechaptercaricatureflowsinasequentialhierarchy.Firstly,it describesthedetailedliteraturereviewofrelatedanalysisondigitizationin publicorganizationsandnewformsofwork.Subsequently,themethodologyandthechapter’sobjectiveareillustrated;then,acasestudyis presented,followedbydiscussion.Finally,conclusionsandfutureresearch areasaresuggested.
