Abstract

The chapter displays how teaching labour law could be positively affected by a well-balanced analysis of decisions by judicial authorities. A basic condition for the implementation of this method is to guarantee students free access to sources. If the inequalities related to this issue were a sensitive matter in pre-COVID times, during the pandemic the need to give students appropriate means for learning - especially from home - surged as a central problem among teaching issues.
