Reasoning about the school as an educating community requires the analysis of an increasingly complex context in which the social practices of the various actors involved (students, teachers, headmasters and families) intersect with the great transformations of the contemporary world, first and foremost the digital one. The aim of this contribution is to describe the role of the pedagogue in the school in the light of the rapid changes that the whole of society is experiencing in this phase of digital transition, starting from his or her function of guidance, consultancy and pedagogical intervention for the full inclusion of each pupil and to encourage maximum development in learning.
Ragionare sulla scuola come comunità educante richiede l’analisi di un contesto sempre più complesso in cui le pratiche sociali dei diversi attori coinvolti (studenti, insegnanti, dirigenti e famiglie) s’incrociano con le grandi trasformazioni della contemporaneità, in primis quella digitale. Il presente contributo ha l’obiettivo di descrivere il ruolo del pedagogista nella scuola alla luce dei rapidi cambiamenti che l’intera società sta vivendo in questa fase di transizione digitale a partire dalla sua funzione di orientamento, consulenza e intervento pedagogico per la piena inclusione di ciascun alunno e per favorire al massimo sviluppo negli apprendimenti.
