The judgments talk about the obligation for the employment agency to apply to the employee a wage that is not less than that provided for in the collective agreement signed by the comparatively most representative trade unions of the category. The analysis, after a brief presentation of the issues of fact and law, will focus on the most relevant legal issues and in particular on the imperative nature of art. 7, paragraph 4 of the decree-law n. 248 of 2007 and on the qualification of representativeness as a well-known fact pursuant by art. 115 c.p.c.
